We aim to obtain high quality labels for works of art, through our crowdsourcing game.We ask you for your help to tag paintings with their respective category.
This is a light-weight annotation game and does not require knowledge of art history at all. You decide how much time you put into it, ranging from 2–30 minutes.
In order to train and evaluate systems, scientists need annotated data. We like to use the crowd to gather tags for paintings and help cultural heritage institutions in the process.
In the game, you will see a painting and a set of possible tags under it. You have to choose a tag and you will score points if your tag matches with the choice of art experts.
